Someone I work with, but hadn't seen for several months, asked me today if I'd lost weight. That surprised me. I've lost 15 pounds, but it was slow and over many months. I've grown accustomed to the new weight and don't feel like I've lost anything at all. If you look at my eating habits over the last two days (crap), you would think I'm on my way to putting it all back on. Argh.....I definitely used more than my 35 flex points for the week. I don't expect very good results at weigh-in tomorrow.
