Today is Saturday. I didn't get online on Friday because my husband was on the computer until late, and I went to bed. I was out-of-town on business Friday and didn't get to go to Weight Watchers to weigh in.
Today starts a NEW WEEK and my goal is to lose 2 pounds before weigh-in, which will have to be on Saturday rather than Friday because I'm in software training on Friday. Keeping to the 23 points a day is my goal. Saturday morning didn't start out well though - as I'm already 5 points over my usual breakfast. No snacking allowed today - or I had better get on my bicycle and earn more points. I'll have to drink lots of water today as well.
