I had another crazy eating day. I got up early with Mark because he was going deer hunting. So I ate breakfast an hour early. I then went to work to catch up on projects, and had lunch an hour early. Then he didn't come home for supper until 7:30 p.m., and I wanted to go out to eat. So I ended up eating junk all afternoon. TOTAL: 38 points (15 over). I only need to loose a tiny bit to reach 15 pounds. If I don't go over on points the rest of the week, I'll be okay. But I'm rarely that disciplined.
