I have to get back on track writing this every day. Monday was a bad eating day with pizza, chips, cookie, argh.... didn't bother writing it all down.

I had good news on my health. I had a health screening done at work. My cholesterol and blood sugars were NORMAL - so Weight Watchers and my loss so far has helped. I had a bone density test done for the first time and I was in the normal range there as well. TOTAL 27 Points (Over 4)
BREAKFAST: 6 PTS
Cereal and skim milk
LUNCH: 10 PTS
Chicken salad sandwich
Chicken noodle soup
DINNER: 11 PTS
Steak and Salmon
1/2 sweet potato with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon
Salad with french dressing
