I have no idea what happened to Tuesday and Wednesday this week, other than being busy (NAVHDA meeting on Tuesday), unorganized and having huge cravings for salty, crunchy, and sweet ANY THING. Argh...it was bad. However, TODAY I'm feeling good and back under eating control - thank God.
