Thanks to my assistant Jackie today for being so supportive of my weight loss efforts. Gregg brought cookies and Paratransit had cookies, and she encouraged me to "walk right by" - which I did :) I had an orange and apple at work "just in case", but I didn't need them. I did drink hot tea, which always helps.
