It wasn't a very good eating day today. The Chinese food sounded so good, but didn't sit well. It was too salty and just too much. I had a hard time counting points for everything and suspect I did much worse. I should put the ingredients for apple bread into WW to see how many points it really is - made with shortening (not good).
