Today's WW lecture was on emotional eating. We're not usually hungry, and nothing really satisfies you. It's better to try to understand the emotion and find an alternative to eating. The main emotion people mentioned is being tired or bored. Krissy mentioned procrastination - she should be washing clothes but instead eats something. That sounded exactly like something I'd do. I heard an interesting suggestion on the radio the other day. When you find yourself overwhelmed and want to procrastinate, ask yourself what is the next step. Do that step and then ask yourself what is the next step. Pretty soon you will have accomplished the larger project. It's that way with weight loss. I went for a walk with Mark and the dogs at the retriever club.
