So I'm over by 28 points for the week. If I use my 35 flex points, that means I'll not lose any weight. Since I'm only of the third day this week, and I have only 7 flex points left, it isn't looking very good. Can I stick to 23 points for the rest of the week? If I hadn't eaten the french fries at dinner, I would have been okay for today. Ah, I know better......
