Today is Saturday. I worked outside at the bus roadeo all day - not many chances for snacking - YEA !! I've discovered that I'm getting full faster, or at least recognizing I'm satisfied and don't need to eat everything on my plate.

1/2 cup chicken wild rice soup
SNACK: 4 PTS
1 point bar
1 bag cguos
DINNER: 8 PTS
1/2 bowl tomato basil soup
1/2 chicken salad sandwich
