My WW instructor, Krissy, told me to celebrate going under 200 pounds. I've gone below 200 many times, and on my scale at home I weigh 194, so it's not quite so exciting. I'm happy to have a loss this week - especially after the eating out spree last weekend. My celebration is going to be planning next week's menu.
BREAKFAST - 6 PTS

LUNCH - 9 PTS
1/2 bean tostada
1 beef enchilda
6 chips with salsa
SNACK - 3 PTS
1 point bar
2 point chips
DINNER - 6 PTS
Applebee's Herb Chicken with Herb Potatoes (good but salty)
