Today is Saturday. I got a lot of exercise today mowing the lawn - more than usual because the self-propel feature wasn't working very well. What a terrible day for eating though. I made lunch, but didn't care for the cocktail buns (kind of soggy) so I kept nibbling and never was satisfied. The rest of the week I had better be careful and eat lots of vegetables and fruit. I want to keep going down, not maintain or go up....sigh....
