Finally, a good weigh-in with a loss. Sometimes you have to wait for it to catch up to you. I was sure I lost last week, but I didn't. I needed this to keep my motivation up. Friday ended up being a really crappy eating day - ate out both meals (never good). Didn't eat dinner until 8 p.m., which means I was really hungry and ate too much, too fast. Went to the Drunken Noodle for supper. There weren't any salads on the menu. I really lacked veggies yesterday.
