Day 17
Today is Monday. We ate a hot breakfast at the hotel and then drove home from Bismarck. Ate leftovers for lunch and went back to work in the afternoon. Kind of nibbled my way around the kitchen in the evening. Tried to cook, but everything turned out a flop. I need to go grocery shopping.

I was in Bismarck all weekend at a NAVHDA dog event - my husband was judge apprenticing. We ate at weird times (liked 5 a.m. and 8 p.m.), and I snacked between meals on apples and granola bars. So I don't think I did really good, but also didn't go off the deep end.
Didn't journal my food. Isn't that convenient? Always a mistake.

Day 14 - Weigh In (Week 2)
Today is weigh in. I gained 0.8 pounds, bringing my total loss to 5.2 since I rejoined 4-17-09. Crap. You work hard all week and have 1-2 weak moments and poof - you fail. It's so depressing. I left town for Bismarck right after work on Friday, so I wasn't able to journalize what I ate. I didn't bring my WW journal or points book with me either.
