Day 147 and 148 - Weigh-in
I didn't weigh-in today because I'm feeling bloated and moody. However, I did take the "traveling journal" for Weight Watchers. This means I'll be writing everything down and passing it on to a fellow member next week. Hopefully, this will keep me honest and eating healthy. Today's lecture was on eating out - my worst problem. I'm supposed to plan ahead. Since I eat out so much, I'm supposed to pretend it's just another dinner "away from home" not a special event to splurg.
